I looked at the options and I don't think you can disable chat with on-line games. Maybe just type, 'Eo_____ has disabled chat' at the begining of your games, that'll fool 'em!

You can, but it has to be done individually on each game using the 'Disable Chat' option in the top right corner of the game chat box.
