Ignoring Select Games

I have two types of games: ones that I handle like emails (click, go), and those that I really have to buckle down and analyze deeply. For the latter, I often like to wait till I have a good chunk of free time before I tackle it. The site doesn't seem to understand that (at least to my knowledge lol).

I get the feeling that when I hit "next game" on any correspondence game, that chess.com should ignore the game until a later time. It drives me completely batty when the site continuously re-directs me back to a single game, merely because I have the least time left on it! I haven't decided my move yet! Stop asking me!!

Would it be possible to just have an ignore game feature (the clocks would still run of course)? And yeah, forgive me If there is simple fix that I'm overlooking haha.

trysts

If you explain to the site-owners that you're "clicking impaired", I imagine they would get their crack team of technicians to make it so you could almost be comatose, and still find optimum leisure in playing your gamesLaughing

Well I suppose this is just a case of me being lazy, but I also don't see how moving certain games to the side wouldn't be so bad either. I'd imagine this would be useful to people who like to play a lot of games, and actually want to employ the 1-3 day time limit.

trysts

Hitting "next game" constantly, if you're playing hundreds of games, could be tedious. Personally, I'm more worried about Taliban-infiltration, American-infiltration, and sparenone-infiltration. I refuse to have any children until Chess.com does something about these horrors.

There have been previous discussions about displaying the current games lists in various orders, which may be of interest:
