Open Challenges

I would love it if chess.com did the following...

1. Please don't even show us challenges that the challenger doesn't want us to play based on our ratings. These challenges appear and disappear so quickly, that I'd prefer to only see the challenges I'm qualified to accept, rather than try to view it only to find out my rating is too high or low.

2. Please allow us to to exclude people from accepting challenges if they haven't played a certain number of games, and if they time out of a certain percentage of games.  An opponent with the same rating as I have but has timed out of  25% of their games, is an opponent who is much better than I am.

on #2 you could post a challenge and open the advanced settings tab and do all that stuff if you mean in online (turn-based) chess or just click on your online chess page and change your settings
