...or have levels of submission. All comments posted and arranged in rating based levels. 1500-1600, 1600-1700 etc. When a person's rating changes his/her comment goes in the appropriate level. What I have envisioned is an interactive opening explorer in which comments could be posted for each move. And, of course, not all comments would be worthwhile due to varying levels of chess understanding. So arranging them according to the rating of the commenter would make it more meaningful.

the best way to do things would probably be to make a club with the "improvement" goal. have it be rating based for entry.. have the start of the rating range be where youre at currently. then when the club forum becomes big each post you could learn from
