Just a note. Was playing your computer today got to the following position and the computer could not continue with meaningful play. It seems clear to me that the game is either blacks(the computer) or a draw, yet the computer just chased the white king around for about 20 moves before I gave up. The computer didn't even use the same check more than once in a row basically allowing this game to go on forever.
Here is a diagram of where the pieces were when I gave up. I took a screen shot, but photobucket was down. Hope this is helpful.
