I play only live chess (mostly 30 0) in Chess.com. Sometimes, my opponent may stop playing all on a sudden, say after 5 minutes and will not make any more move. And then, I will have to annoyingly wait for the rest 25 minutes, checking every 2 or 3 minutes whether he moved or not. I think it is these kind of uncivilised people who makes this world a hell.
So, you are annoyed with all those rude people who think that they have like a half an hour to think in a 30 0 game? I feel your pain, but I think that people who respond to my 1. e4 with all kind of defenses that I don't like are even worse. Who will save us from this anarchy, I ask you?
Once in a OTB game, my opponent knew I had a winning attack so he waited 15 minutes until he ran out of time. I mean, what's the point? Your going to lose anyway. This has only happened once.

Recently, jhade_remendado did this to me.
Could it be made mandatory that a person playing live chess should make a move in every 5 minutes, so that this problem can be avoided?
