But a team could reach that number of wins and then just sit. Why don't we look at the ladder suggested here.

I would like to see Vote Chess Standings for groups ranked by winning
percentage instead of total points (with a minimum number of games played
to qualify).
If you click on "Groups" and drop-down to "Vote Leaderboard" you can see
what I mean.
What do you all think of this idea?
