That's an interesting question, in the way that I find it interesting  I don't understand it.

I think he means a place where people can talk in Turkish. There are different "rooms" in live chess.

Why not Spanish, French, German, Russian,.... [EDIT: Oops, there already are these rooms]

Yes, of course it is silly. You can make a group, where you can say that the spoken language is Turkish.

Some: Filipino, Arabic, Indian, German, Dutch ...
