What criteria are used to determine the composition of teams in the event, ensuring fairness and an even playing field for participants of varying skill levels?

here is a screenshot of a current event. Under 'Sort Position' add the numbers for a team. That number will equal 586 for today's event. Now look at any other team and do the same. The numbers are equal. Each team has a novice, two intermediate, and an advanced player.

Since it cannot be known what the rating average of all the players is, the sort of all the players based on their rating average (starting avg) positions everyone on the roster by that number. There is no other system that will place players, (of any sport) on teams as well as this one.
