For Daily: https://support.chess.com/article/119-how-do-i-create-a-tournament
For live (and part of a club): https://support.chess.com/article/1205-how-can-i-create-a-live-blitz-bullet-rapid-tournament
For live (not part of a club): https://www.chess.com/news/view/chesscom-announces-shareable-tournaments
The latter option requires you to share the link with players as it won't otherwise show anywhere.
