How do I create a 3|0 Swiss Tournament for players with rating 1900-2400?

Hi,

How do I create a 3|0 Swiss Tournament for players with rating 1900-2400? Do I need to be club admin, because when I go to the create tournament, new shareable swiss tournament, I see no rating limit option?

I shall raise my cup with turkish coffee in salute of each reply.

There are two types of tournaments.

One requires you to be an admin or coordinator in a club to create and will be available to members of your club.

The other is a Shareable tournament. These don't show up anywhere and you have to share the event link to potential players.

It doesn't appear like Shareable tournaments can be rating limited.
