I’m black and my clock is counting down?

I entered a 14 day tournament and have been assigned 4 games where I am all black. Yet for all games it appears my clock is counting down. Yet I am unable to make a move first. What don’t I understand?

That a custom position tournament. The pieces are switched so you're actually the other color in that game and all your pieces are in the other side of the board. Also, all the white pawns are on the 7th rank (black on the 2nd) and one move away from promotion.
