As soon as you click on the tournament page it will give you the rules of it. The second thing says "Games rated" and next to it will either say yes or no.

Before joining a tournament, is there a way to see if it's rated or unrated?
Last time I joined a tournament that I didn't know was unrated and honestly I'm a bit of a twerp and only really want to play rated
