“Timed out too many games in last 90 days”

How do you quickly find out your timeout stats?  I know I can find them in my archived games, but is there a faster method?   I had some timeouts due to a really crappy workweek in early December, but now it feels likea  double slap in the face.  Crappy workweek (yeah, I don't get paid OT),  followed by banishment from playing in tournaments.  90 days in chess jail?  LOL...Are there chess lawyers in the group?

If you have a timeout ratio, it will show on the stats on your profile.

Here's what yours shows.

A high timeout ratio is a red flag. If means that you are very likely a serial staller and stalling is annoying. Too many people just rage quit instead of resigning, and leave their opponent sitting there doing nothing, wasting their time, while they could be doing something else. It's rude and should be punished.

Hopefully you have learned your lesson and the next time will either hit the resign button or just play on. Don't just leave your opponent hanging and you'll not have it happen again.

lol so I could resign 135 games and then play daily tournaments

When you resign you lose. Losing on purpose would be considered sandbagging and bound to get you in trouble.

Jeez I wish I'd get some timer-outerers... It would compensate for the people that take the full 3 days on every move, and come back with best move after best move, straight out of some book.

I really seek help.

I live in India.

I played last two games upto night. then i slept.

i woke up in the morning 11 am and Oh God

timed up. I lost both games.

You played 24 hours per move games.

Once your opponent moves, you have 24 hours to make your next move.

You must have forgotten to play.

How to diminish that red mark 105 points?
Should I play more games?

You have timed out almost 40 games. Your rating could easily be several hundred points higher if you were to stop timing out.  Your daily rating is now only 648 because of timeouts.

Everyone has vacation available. You should use it when you know you won't have the time to play.

Just keep playing. Play only as many as you can comfortably do allowing yourself plenty of  time to think. Play your best. Do not abandon games. Do not stall. resign only if you are very sure your opponent is playing good enough and it clear they will win.

You timed out on 4 daily 960 games at the end of November.

Oh okay and how long does it take for this ban to be removed

Timeout ratios are from games over the last 90 days. So, if you complete more games the ratio will drop and 90 days after the timeout, they'll age out of the calculation.

@notmtwain says about the compensation? lol

one might lose the game for timed out. this is not intentional. I mean a normal person do not start a game to lose his game by timed out? makes no sense. Now the issue is how to overcome the situation?
A player may time out for many reasons. You CAN NOT blame him or her. This is his/her life time issue. After all a player comes here to play chess.

Well, some people timeout in a losing position....that is why timeout percentage is important

It depends on how many games you have over the past 90 days. The more you have complete, the fewer you'll need to complete to drop your ratio.

Why can't I play daily tournaments how many games do I have to win?

You have timed out in almost 60% of your games in the last 90 days. Most tournaments require a ratio of 10% or less.

You have to play a sufficient number of games to replace any falling outside the 90 day window that you successfully completed and additional ones to drop the ratio. It looks like a lot were from May 20th through June 5th. Those will roll off between August 18th and September 3rd.
