Bilan de la partie ne charge pas

En voulant effectuer mon bilan de partie habituel, celle-ci ne veut pas fonctionner…

J'ai attendu un bon moment, rafraichis la page, mais rien n'y fait.

Des idées ?

There's an issue staff are working on and it should be fixed soon.

Regular game reviews should work from your archive.

I know there's a recent bug, that staff are looking into, where a review from a Library collection isn't working.

bonjour, je viens de prendre un abonnement diamant pour acceder aux bilans de parties et ceux-ci ne chargent pas. Dois-je annuler mon abonnement ou c'est un probleme qui sera résolu immédiatement ?

It was only a joke. But more seriously, every day when I launch an analysis there's a problem. Sometimes by repeating the operation it can be solved but sometimes not. And this problem is now an old one..

If you're running a review immediately after the game, it may not have written to your archive yet and you can get that error.

Because there was a specific bug at that time causing the issue on all reviews.

Bonjour? Le problème persiste. je peux analyser 1 partie sur 4 environ.

Ces analyses sont la raisons principales de mon abonnement platine. Il parait improbable que vous n'ayez pas résolu ce problème MAJEUR en 4 MOIS !!

Quand est-ce que le problème sera résolu. je reprendrai mon abonnement quand ce sera fait !

I'm not aware of game review issues in general. If you're running them immediately after game completion, it could be that they haven't written to the archive yet, which will cause an issue. They should run fine after they're in the archive.

I confirm that I still have the same problem and it's a problem because it was not the case one year ago..

We are all having that issue, how could you possibly not be aware of game review issues ?

I tried to import my games in my analysis tool, still not working.

Please give us some help, thoose reviews are the reason why we pay, aren't we ?

I just uploaded a game and did a review with no issues.

How exactly are you trying it?
