It is likely inaccurate to come up with any sort of formula or equation to relate the two rating systems and use this to compare elo ratings between platforms, due to the fact that this would need to take into account many external factors. However, using the power of statistics (magic i know), we can draw a relationship between elo ratings using a sample size of players who use both sites. This way, an empirical trend can be concluded between the two sites that can make us whole again.
