Stollberg

An online meeting point for chess friends from all over the world who, despite Corona and other crises, want to enjoy their favorite sport in a sociable manner and enjoy playing, train together and take part in tournaments.

Once the Club was born while shutdown on Corona with a dozen members from the chess club "SV Erzgebirge Stollberg e. V.", available at: https://schach-stollberg.de/ Since then we got a lot more people from all over the world on chess.com and we warmly welcome you from everywhere and invite you take part and to enjoy our Club life.

Keep an eye out for updates in the forum, under notes or news. Since the beginning of 2022, there has been a training session in the classroom every Thursday starting around 7:15 p.m., followed by a tournament and debriefing (for details on the training and partner club, see the forum). Of course, regular tournaments take place apart from the training, there is something for everyone. Have fun!
