2023-2024 Trinity Prep Chess Club

The Competitive Chess Club is a club that focuses on the tournament aspect of chess. Through the chess division of the Esports Club, we will compete against other schools through in-person and online tournaments. We will also host in-school tournaments that anyone can participate in. Our lessons will be more focused on openings, tactics, endgames, and other advanced strategies, rather than the basics. However, this does not mean that inexperienced players can’t join. Our goal is to help players realize their chess potential as well as to create a fun playing environment that members can enjoy.
