Born in 1959, only started when Bobby Fischer took the crown from Spassky in 1972, getting better by some intense studies and finding a spot in first team in German Bundesliga between 1977 and 1990 up to second board. Always been doing and loving coaching, bringing a couple of youngsters up to title honors. Peak rating was 2431, a couple of IM norms but not even claiming the title. Just in love with chess.
