REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN/BE PROMOTED:

To join:

have less than 3000 rapid

To become coordinator:

have at least 500 blitz and 550 rapid

To become admin: 

be invited by me to be admin or have at least 1300 blitz, rapid, bullet, or daily.
