Have played off & on since around 1979/1980 or so. Was never able to devote the time I wanted to, but now getting enough free time to return to the game after a long hiatus. Been studying a bit, refreshing myself & look forward to playing some games & getting to know some folks soon. USCF 1255 otb/1908 cc Always stunk under time pressure but love correspondence chess. Never got into fast time controls but may give it a shot. Worst that happens is I lose. Not the end of the world, just another learning experience.
