Paladins of Chess (POC) Events Team:

• Official team dedicated to organizing events within Paladins of Chess
• Main focus on VCs (Vote Chess) with potential expansion to cover other areas
  Joining Process:
• Interested individuals can join by checking out the Paladins Events Team forum (forum under work)
• Must be a coordinator (cord) in Paladins of Chess before joining this club
  Benefits:
• Contributors receive coordinator status in Paladins of Chess
• Club is private to facilitate sharing of openings and event plans
  Requirements
• Active participation in VCs is mandatory for signing up to the events team
• VC Captains tasked with discussing and proposing moves
• High-rated players particularly beneficial for this role
• Voting process for move selection
• Even low-rated players (under 1500) can contribute by voting for chosen moves in the chat during the game
• Forums will be utilized if votes are needed for a particular move or to announce a new VC match
  Responsibilities:
• Joining all VCs and participating actively
• Being active in the club
