This Club is for the Christian team formed for Season 8 (previously Season 7) of the Not So Pro Chess League named "The Perfect Sacrifice."

Our team is all Christians, and we play for Jesus Christ and the Gospel.  Win, Lose, or Draw, it's all good, and we serve Him.

Hebrews 10: 12, 14:  "As a priest, Christ made a single sacrifice for sins, and that was it! ...  It was a perfect sacrifice by a perfect person to perfect some very imperfect people."  (MSG)

Board 1 is Kevin who lives in California (@kleong12).   He loves Jesus Christ more than RAR which shows wisdom beyond his years.

Board 2 is Daniel Greiner of Phoenix, Arizona (@KingsBishop).  He is a Gospel Minister and he uses his chess coaching to financially support his Gospel Ministry.  Daniel also has some very instructive chess videos on chess.com.

Board 3 is me, Daniel, who is serving as the team captain (@SeniorPatzer).  I am a member of the chess.com club "How He Loves Us." I serve as a small group leader and usher in my current church, and was a lay elder in my previous church.   I and Jonathan live in California, United States of America.

Board 4 is John Bugay of Pennsylvania (@JohnBugay).  A longtime online brother of mine, he is superb Christian apologist who is well versed in the errors (or worse) of the Roman Catholic Church.  He was a long time member of the Catholic Church (Opus Dei), and is well versed in early church history and ecclesiology.

Board 5 is my young son, Jonathan (@JuniorPatzer).  He loves basketball and Fortnite and other video games more than chess, but he knows that Jesus loves him, and worships Jesus as King.

Our sub is Nathan Kim (@BallerNate22) is from Illinois, USA.  Nate is a senior in high school and very busy with college applications and writing application essays.  He is a member of Christian Youth Chess Team, Philemon: 6, Amazing Grace, and How He Loves Us chess clubs on Chess.com.
