To be a member, you must fulfill 4 conditions: 1 - Never use engines 2 - Vote only after team discussion (to avoid drive-by votes) 3 - Have a relatively high rating (to avoid high position evaluation differences) 4 - Be as active at our VC games (by commenting) as possible.
