Chess.com is thrilled to announce our first official league for club competition, the Chess.com Clubs League. Chess.com has been home to outstanding community leagues for more than a decade. We have thriving leagues for rapid, blitz, bullet, daily chess, vote chess and more.

The Chess.com Clubs League provides the opportunity for chess clubs around the world to engage in friendly, competitive match play and to test themselves against their peers around the world.

Clubs League Registration

The Clubs League will offer both rapid chess and daily chess competitions, each with separate pairings, champions, and prizes.

Clubs will compete in multiple divisions designed to accommodate clubs of regional and local scale. We've organized critical information for the Chess.com Clubs League into an "essential info" article. More details regarding the finalized league structure and rules will be announced soon.

To participate, clubs must have both an "in-person" club and an online Chess.com/club. Chess.com/clubs can be freely created and provide community, competition, and organization for administrators and members.

Interested admins should join the league's club on Chess.com and fill out the league application form.

Chess.com is accepting applications for the position of league administrator, a part-time position with the potential to grow with the league. If you are interested in helping us launch our first season and coordinating a global competitive league, apply now!
