Chess.com is excited to announce that over 60,000 people have participated in the historic Vishy vs. The World vote chess match. This surpasses the number of participants in the legendary 1999 Kasparov vs. The World match. The new record highlights the growth of the global chess community and its passion for coming together for a fun and collaborative challenge against one of the game's most iconic players.

The Vishy vs. The World match features five-time World Chess Champion GM Viswanathan Anand, one of the most iconic and beloved figures in chess, challenging the global community through a vote chess format.
