So, monthly forums. 5-10 players per forum. Each player is a Civilization, real or invented. Each turn (turn defined here as all players have gone once), one civilization that I choose will be picked, and we will privately pm for your civilizations decisions. I will announce the decisions you make in the forum for that game. Do whatever you want for your civilization. I do have a secret mechanic that'll tell me how much you fail or succeed.
