The Hackettstown Chess Club meets every Monday night at 7:30 PM at the Hackettstown Community Center, 293 Main St, Hackettstown, NJ 07840, except on major holidays. Each session features one USCF-rated chess game. Founded in September 1972 by Kenneth Thomas, a prominent chess organizer and current treasurer of the NJSCF, the club has a long history in the chess community.
