What difference can one little pawn move make? Apparently, a whole lot to a 2500+ FIDE player! After transposing into what would normally be a main line weapon for black against the Queen's Gambit (if not for the little pawn move) black immediately gets greedy, gets his queen trapped, and loses all self confidence (we think) in the process.
