I learned in 6 weeks to be good enough and make enough points, to surpass a 1000 per week,
play ARENA !! Bullet tournaments in ARENA mode, give bonus points

The 285 points are gained at the same time as the other 279+102,
when you win a bulle game or blitz, rapid game in arena, you get their points AND you get the bonus Arena points (+1 per game, +1 per 'fire' aka +1 per consecutive win in a row!)

then on that page you click : 


it will show the WHOLE listing of current and upcoming tournaments live in the day

then you click the type / formnat to see only arena :

After that only ARENA type games LIVE will be shown, play the type you enjoy

and get LOTS of bonus points!

The thing it must be games where ONLY YOU can play.
You cannot play team games / 4 player to get LEAGUE points,

BUT if you like variants more than league (not playing the league): the VARIANTS page has its own rankings weekly but are not in the same interface. It's not league point though, my previous post is if you want player's league ARENA bonus points!

They do have their own arena types. but the points are totally separate from LEAGUE points.
